With a single minded pursuit, to spread the light of quality education among the middle class, the idea of establishing Daisy Model School was mooted by Ms. Raj Rani Sharma and other visionaries of the Tarun Bal Shiksha Samiti in March, 1982 and consequently Daisy Model School, Pitampura, Delhi was established on March, 1983 under the aegis of Tarun Bal Shiksha Samiti.


It initially started functioning at Pitampura, Delhi with just 150 students, the small premises of Pitampura, 8 teachers and a focused and firm mentor Mrs. Raj Rani Sharma as the Founder Head Mistress, Daisy International School, Rohini's tryst with destiny began in 2002. 
Daisy International School, Rohini aims to inculcate qualities of integrity, honesty, trust, tolerance and compassion, to promote a spirit of enquiry, to foster a scientific temper within the bonds of humanism. Under the dynamic leadership of the Principal Mrs. Raj Rani Sharma, along with a hardworking team of dedicated teaching professionals, the school is certain to ensure the vibrant growth of a student to a responsible citizen of the country and the world.

A plethora of sports and other co curricular activities are offered to the students. Whether it is skating, cricket, hockey, taekwondo, debating, classical dance, music or rangoli-making, the school has made its mark in a wide range of interests. In the academic arena, the school has achieved spectacular success in several National Level Examinations. 

Today Daisy International School Rohini is a proud member of the prestigious Tarun Bal Shiksha Samiti which is dedicated to providing the best standards in education. Beginning with a humble number of 250 students and 8 teachers, the school has come a long way. The school now boasts of not only quantity but quality as well with state- of-the-art Science labs, computer labs, well stocked libraries and Multimedia facilities. 

Education, in close partnership with parental responsibility, is what moulds our students into responsible and respectable citizens, equipped with the necessary skills to contribute in a meaningful way to the community at large. It is such ideals that have torched us to participate in socially relevant causes like Anti-crackers campaign, Adult Education Programme and Sarva Shiksha Abhiyaan for the underprivileged children.
